Ingredients

  • Plain Greek yogurt – I used a 5% milk fat variety for an extra creamy texture, but you can use any variety you prefer.
  • Nutritional yeast – adds a cheesiness to the dip to replace the tang from buttermilk powder, but you can omit if you don’t have it on hand. If you’re new to this ingredient, it’s used a lot in vegan food for it’s nutty/cheesy flavour and it’s often fortified with Vitamin B12.
  • Classic ranch seasonings dried dill, garlic powder, onion power, and dried parsley.
  • Mustard powder – for added depth of flavour.
  • Salt – a must for bringing all the flavours together.
  • Black pepper – for mild heat.

How to make it

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined. For the best flavour, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours blend.
