Add the noodles, water, garlic powder, mustard powder and salt. Pressure cook on High for 3 minutes.
Quick release the pressure. Stir in the butter.
Stir in the freshly grated cheddar and sharp cheddar cheeses.
Stir in the cream (or milk) and Boursin cheese. Watch it get creamy!
