Scramble the egg and set aside.

Sauté garlic and deglaze insert with broth.

Add remaining broth, chicken, carrots and rice. Pressure cook.

Natural release for 10 minutes. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.

Add the cooked egg and peas. Warm for a few minutes.
