Season the chicken with salt & pepper. Sear on Sauté mode.
Sauté the garlic in butter. Deglaze with broth and lemon juice.
Add the seasoning, place the trivet in the Instant Pot and layer the chicken, then potatoes.
Pressure cook on High for 5 minutes, with a 10 minute natural release. Thicken the sauce.
